Use of Qalbun is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement (the standard EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control.

Religious content

Qalbun presents hadith, athar and reported sayings from the salaf for the purpose of reminder and education. It is not a substitute for scholarship. For fatwas and for personal situations, please consult qualified people of knowledge.

We take the accuracy of the texts seriously. If you believe a reminder is misattributed or incorrectly rendered, please write to us and we will review it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer the app, to disrupt its operation, or to redistribute its content commercially. Sharing individual reminders — including as images generated by the app — is expressly encouraged.

Availability

We aim to keep Qalbun working and maintained, but the app is provided as-is. Features may change between versions, and content available in the app may evolve over time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Nothing here limits any statutory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
